Returns Policy:
Exchange only: Timeless Table will issue store credit for the value of the item and any taxes you were charged up to 30 days from purchase date on all products excluding seasonal items.
No returns or exchanges on seasonal items.
Shipping and gift packaging charges are nonrefundable. To receive a credit, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Receipt longer than 30 days will not qualify for an exchange . Please contact us at timelesstablebk@gmail.com with any questions.
To return to store: Please save your receipt. If you wish to exchange a purchase, your receipt will make it faster to receive credit. In most instances, we can verify purchases made on a store account or third-party charge account with our receipt lookup system.
To return by mail the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
If item is damaged please send us a picture of the damaged product.
If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to save the product and the original box and packaging materials it arrived in. Please call us and we will help you as best as we can.
